On January 1, 2011, Dianne and Wayne established their own company, Cool Colorado Homes Inc., in Pueblo West, Colorado. Prior to that Dianne started real estate with The Rawhide Company in 2002 and Wayne started in 2003. Within just 5 years, in 2008, they were the top sales team for The Rawhide Company. In 2009 they were the two top sales agents for the company. (There were then about 20 agents working for the Rawhide Company.) 2010 was their best real estate sales year ever in spite of overall poor market conditions. Most of these sales were for homes in the Pueblo West area with a few in Colorado Springs.
